عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلُهُ وَزَادَ بَعْدَ قَوْلِهِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْنَا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) also narrated a similar hadith of the Prophet, except that after "min al-mushrikeen" these words were also narrated: And when we entered the evening, we would say the same way.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It is established from this hadith that at the beginning of supplication in the morning, "Asbahna" will be said, and in the evening, "Amsayna" will be said.
