It is narrated from Sayyiduna Qabeesah bin Mukhaariq (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Qabeesah! Why have you come?" I said: "My age has become advanced and my bones have become weak, so I have come to you so that you may teach me something through which Allah Almighty may benefit me." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Qabeesah! Every stone, tree, and unbaked brick that you passed by sought forgiveness for you. O Qabeesah! When you have performed the Fajr prayer, say this phrase three times: 'Subhaanallaahil-‘Azeemi wa bihamdihi' (Glory be to Allah the Magnificent, and with His praise), you will be granted safety from blindness, leprosy, and paralysis. O Qabeesah! Make this supplication: 'Allahumma inni as’aluka mimma ‘indaka ... wa anzil ‘alayya min barakaatika.' (O Allah! Indeed, I ask You for what is with You, so bestow Your grace upon me, shower Your mercy upon me, and send down Your blessings upon me)."
