It is narrated from Sayyida Juwayriya (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Fajr prayer and then left for some task, and then returned to her. I said: O Messenger of Allah! I have been continuously remembering (Allah) after you left. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: After leaving you, I recited such words that if they were weighed against all that you have recited, they would outweigh them. Those words are: Subhan Allah ‘adada ma khalaqa Allah, Subhan Allah rida nafsihi, Subhan Allah zinata ‘arshihi, Subhan Allah midada kalimatihi. (Allah is pure as many times as the number of His creation, Allah is pure as much as pleases Himself, Allah is pure as heavy as His Throne, Allah is pure as the ink needed to write His words.)
