It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should neglect to perform one thousand good deeds for Allah in the morning. The way to do this is to say “Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi” one hundred (100) times. These are one thousand good deeds. If Allah wills, that servant will not commit one thousand sins that day, and in addition to this, his good deeds will be abundant beyond this as well.
