It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I wished that I had asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about the deed that would save us from those (whisperings and blameworthy matters) which Satan puts into our souls. Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I had asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) this question, and he replied: Mention of that word will save you from these matters, the same word which I presented to my uncle, but he did not recite that word.
