Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Verily, Allah Almighty has ninety-nine names, that is, one less than a hundred; whoever memorizes all of them will enter Paradise.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The wording of the narration in Sahih Bukhari is as follows: ((No one memorizes them by heart except that he will enter Paradise.)) … Whoever memorizes these names verbally will enter Paradise. Along with memorization, it is also necessary to understand their meanings and implications. It is established from various Shari‘ah evidences that the Most Beautiful Names (Asma’ al-Husna) of Allah Ta‘ala are far more than ninety-nine; the purpose of this hadith is that whoever memorizes at least ninety-nine names of Allah Ta‘ala will enter Paradise.
