It is narrated from Ibrahim bin Abdullah, he says that a woman became ill and she made a vow that if Allah Almighty granted her recovery, she would definitely go and pray in Bayt al-Maqdis. When she recovered and was about to depart, she came to Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her). She greeted the Mother of the Believers and told her the whole matter. Sayyida said: Sit down, eat the food I have prepared, and pray in the Prophet’s Mosque, because I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: One prayer in my mosque is better than a thousand prayers in other mosques, except for al-Masjid al-Haram.
