It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir Juhani, may Allah be pleased with him, who says: My sister made a vow to walk to the House of Allah (the Ka'bah), and she instructed me to ask the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about this matter. So when I asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: She may walk and she may also ride. Abu al-Khair, the narrator, would not separate from his shaykh, Sayyiduna Uqbah, may Allah be pleased with him.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … This hadith has already been mentioned earlier, in which the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam gave a definitive command for the one walking on foot to ride. Whereas in this hadith, he is giving the option to either walk or ride. The way to reconcile and harmonize between the two is that in the previous case, the person was unable due to old age, while the sister of Sayyiduna Uqbah radi Allahu anhu was capable of walking.
