بَابٌ فِي الِاسْتِنْجَاءِ بِالْمَاءِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ بِالْيَمِينِ وَالِاسْتِنْجَاءِ بِهَاChapter on Cleaning with Water and the Prohibition of Touching the Private Part or Cleaning with the Right Hand
Hadith 537

وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلَاءَ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَاسْتَنْجَى ثُمَّ مَسَحَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ
It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that when the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would enter the toilet, he would ask for water and perform istinja with it, then rub his hand on the ground, and then perform ablution.
