بَابُ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِاللَّاتِ وَالْعُزَّى وَمَنْ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِهِ: تَعَالَ أَقَامِرُكَChapter on Whoever Swears by al-Lat and al-Uzza, and Whoever Says to His Companion: "Come, Let Us Gamble"
Hadith 5302

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ فِي حَلِفِهِ وَاللَّاتِ فَلْيَقُلْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَمَنْ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِهِ تَعَالَ أُقَامِرْكَ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِشَيْءٍ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears an oath and in his oath says, "By al-Lat," then he should say: "There is no god but Allah." And whoever says to his companion, "Come, let us gamble," then he should give some charity.
