بَابُ وَعِيدِ الْعَبْدِ إِذَا نَقَصَ مِن صديهِ أو توَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيْهِ أَوْ سَرِقَ أَوْ أَبَقَChapter on the Threat to the Slave Who Defrauds His Master, Turns to Other Than His Masters, Steals, or Runs Away
Hadith 5257

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلًا وَلَا صَرْفًا
Syedna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever a slave makes others his masters without the permission of his own masters, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people, and Allah Almighty will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary worship on the Day of Resurrection.
