It is narrated from Abu Shamasah, he says: Muawiyah bin Hudayj passed by Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) and he was standing by his horse. He asked him that he is always occupied with his horse. Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I think that the prayer of this horse is accepted. He said: What is the reality of the prayer of an animal among the animals? He said: By the One in Whose hand is my soul! There is no horse except that at the time of suhoor it prays: O Allah! You have entrusted me to one of Your servants among Your servants and placed my sustenance in his hand, so make me more beloved to him than his family, wealth, and children. Imam Ahmad said: Amr bin Harith has agreed with Ibn Shamasah in narrating this.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It is explicitly established from the Qur’an and Hadith that animals also speak in their own language. Since we do not understand their language, we consider them to be speechless. Especially, every thing speaks to Allah Ta‘ala, therefore there is no objection in this hadith.
