وَتَقْسِيمِ الْغَنِيمَةِ عَلَى السَّوَاءِ بَيْنَ كُلِّ عَامِل عَمِلَ فِي الْمَوْقِعَةِ قَدْرَ جُهْـدِہِAnd the Equal Division of Booty Among All Who Participated in the Battle According to Their Effort
Hadith 5027

عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ابْغُونِي ضُعَفَاءَكُمْ فَإِنَّكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُرْزَقُونَ وَتُنْصَرُونَ بِضُعَفَائِكُمْ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Bring to me your weak ones, for you are only provided sustenance and granted help because of your weak ones.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Allah Ta'ala wants to provide sustenance to these weak ones and desires their well-being, but since they are dependent on you, therefore Allah Ta'ala also gives you sustenance in order to deliver sustenance to them, and He also assists you for their benefit.
