Hadith 4883

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Nu’aim bin Hammar (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Which martyrs are the most virtuous?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "They are those people who, when facing the enemy in the ranks, turn their faces towards them until they are martyred. These are the people who walk in the lofty chambers of Paradise, and their Lord smiles at them. And when your Lord smiles at someone in this world, there is no reckoning for him."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Laughter is undoubtedly an attribute of Allah Ta‘ala; He laughs, as befits His majesty. We have no knowledge of the modality (kayfiyyah), nor do we attempt to ascertain it, because the matter of Allah Ta‘ala’s essence and His attributes is beyond the grasp of our intellect.
