It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talha bin Ubaidullah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: We set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), until the Harrah near the Waqim hill (of Madinah) became visible to us. When we approached it, we saw that there were some graves at the lower part of the valley. We said: O Messenger of Allah! These are the graves of our brothers. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: These are the graves of our companions. Then we moved forward until we reached the graves of the martyrs. There the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: These are the graves of our brothers.
