فَضْلُ إِعَانَةِ الْمُجَاهِدِ وَتَجْهِيزِهِ وَخَلْفِهِ فِي أهْلِهِ وَالنَّفَقَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلْThe Virtue of Assisting the Mujahid, Equipping Him, Looking After His Family, and Spending in the Path of Allah the Exalted

عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَظَلَّ رَأْسَ غَازٍ أَظَلَّهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا حَتَّى يَسْتَقِلَّ بِجَهَازِهِ كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ وَمَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُذْكَرُ فِيهِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever provides shade over a Mujahid, Allah Almighty will provide shade over him on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever equips a Mujahid until he becomes self-sufficient and independent, he will have a reward equal to his reward. And whoever builds a mosque in which the name of Allah Almighty is mentioned, Allah Almighty will build a house for him in Paradise.
