Hadith 4750

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ اسْمِي وَكُنْيَتِي فَإِنِّي أَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُعْطِي وَأَنَا أَقْسِمُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Do not combine my name and my kunyah, for indeed I am Abu al-Qasim; Allah grants and I distribute.
