بَابُ أَنَّ مَنْ بَعَثَ بِهَدْيٍ لَمْ يَحْرُمْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ مِمَّا يَحْرُمُ عَلَى الْحَاجِّChapter on Whoever Sends a Sacrificial Animal, Nothing Becomes Unlawful for Him That Is Unlawful for the Pilgrim
Hadith 4612

عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ بِالْهَدْيِ ثُمَّ لَا يَصْنَعُ مَا يَصْنَعُ الْمُحْرِمُ
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to send gifts, but he did not refrain from those matters from which a person in the state of Ihram abstains.
