Hadith 4612

عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ بِالْهَدْيِ ثُمَّ لَا يَصْنَعُ مَا يَصْنَعُ الْمُحْرِمُ
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to send gifts, but he did not refrain from those matters from which a person in the state of Ihram abstains.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … From these ahadith it is understood that a person who sends sacrificial animals (hady) towards Makkah Mukarramah while remaining in his own place of residence, then there will be no restriction upon him regarding anything related to the state of ihram.
