It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I performed two rak'ahs, that is, shortened prayers, in Mina with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and with Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). I wish that my two rak'ahs would be accepted in place of those four rak'ahs.
