عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ) قَالَ: أَرْخَصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِرِعَاءِ الْإِبِلِ فِي الْبَيْتُوتَةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُوا رَمْيَ يَوْمَيْنِ بَعْدَ النَّحْرِ فَيَرْمُوا فِي أَحَدِهِمَا (قَالَ مَالِكٌ: ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ فِي الْآخِرِ مِنْهُمَا) ثُمَّ يَرْمُوا يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted permission to the camel herders that they could spend the nights (outside Mina), and after performing the stoning (Rami) on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah, they could leave, then return and perform the stoning of two days in one day, and then perform the stoning on the day of departure. Malik, the narrator, said: I think that after the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah, they would perform the stoning on the second day (i.e., on the twelfth of Dhul-Hijjah).
