(Second chain) Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The polytheists would not depart from Muzdalifah until the sun rose over the Thabir mountain. Abdur Razzaq said that they used to say: O Thabir! Make the sun rise and illuminate the earth so that we may go to Mina and perform sacrifices, but the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) opposed them and departed from Muzdalifah before sunrise.
