(وَمِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: ((خَمْسٌ، فَوَاسِقُ، يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ، وَالْحَرَمِ، الْحَيَّةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحُدَيَّا))
(Second chain) Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are five types of harmful and wicked animals that should be killed everywhere, both inside and outside the boundaries of the Haram: the snake, the crow, the rat, the rabid dog, and the kite (a type of bird of prey)."
