Brief Explanation
Benefits: … From the narrations of this chapter, it is understood that a person in the state of ihram (muhrim) may eat the meat of game only when neither has he hunted it himself nor has it been hunted with the intention of feeding him. The situation is as follows: if a non-muhrim person has hunted for himself or for other non-muhrim individuals, but coincidentally the meat also reaches the muhrim, then he should eat it.
The compensation for hunting and the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: {یَااَیُّھَاالَّذِیْنَآمَنُوْا لَاتَقْتُلُوْاالصَّیْدَوَاَنْتُمْحُرُمٌ … الاٰیۃ}
The substitute for game and the explanation of this noble verse: {یَااَیُّھَاالَّذِیْنَآمَنُوْا … اَنْتُمْحُرُمٌ}
