((وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) بِنَحْوِهِ وَفِيهِ) فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ رَأْسَهُ وَقَالَ: صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ أَطْعِمْ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينَ، مُدَّيْنِ مُدَّيْنِ لِكُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ أَوِ انْسُكْ بِشَاةٍ، أَيَّ ذَلِكَ فَعَلْتَ أَجْزَأَكَ
(Second chain) It is narrated similarly, except that in it: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered him to shave his head and said: For expiation, fast for three days, or feed six needy people in such a way that each one receives two mudd of food, or slaughter a goat. Whichever of these actions you do, it will suffice for you.
