Lady Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) says: We set out on a journey after donning the Ihram. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Those who have a sacrificial animal with them will remain in the state of Ihram, and those who do not have this animal should perform Umrah and become halal (come out of Ihram). Now, I did not have a sacrificial animal with me, so I became halal, that is, I came out of Ihram. But my husband, Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him), had a sacrificial animal with him, so he did not become halal. I took off the Ihram and wore ordinary clothes and went near my husband, Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him), but he said: Stay away from me. I said: Are you afraid that I will jump upon you?
