(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ الْبَيْدَاءُ يَسُبُّهَا، وَيَقُولُ إِنَّمَا أَحْرَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ
(Second chain) When the mention of Baida’ was made before Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), he would speak ill of it and then state that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had assumed Ihram from Dhul-Hulaifah.
