Hadith 4058

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The reward for an accepted Hajj is nothing but Paradise, and two Umrahs become an expiation for the sins committed between them.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … In the present era, the greatest expenses are incurred in the performance of Hajj and Umrah. The matter of sins being forgiven due to these acts of worship is clear. As for the issue of poverty and hardship being alleviated through them, this is the result of special blessings sent down by Allah Ta’ala, for the attainment of which great eagerness is required. Ordinary people remain deprived of this. This is why those who perform Hajj or Umrah once remain preoccupied with calculations, thinking that too much expense was incurred. Wealthy people should, avoiding greed and miserliness, make arrangements for the performance of Hajj and Umrah, and people of moderate income should also strive to attain this rank.
