الرُّخْصَةُ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ وَالْمُبَاشَرَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ إِلَّا لِمَنْ يَخَافُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِConcession for Kissing and Physical Contact for the Fasting Person Except for One Who Fears for Himself

عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ بَنِي سَدُوسٍ قَالَ: سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَقَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصِيبُ مِنَ الرُّؤُوسِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ
A Sheikh from Banu Sadoos narrates that when Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about a fasting person kissing (his wife), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to make use of the upper (bodily parts) while fasting.
