Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever fasts during the month of Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, all his past and future sins will be forgiven.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It is clear that the foremost condition for the acceptance of any good deed is faith (iman); it is also necessary that the foundation of every good deed be the attainment of reward and recompense. In this regard, one must remain protected from matters such as showing off (riya’), self-interest, worldliness, and flattery.
