Sayyiduna Mu’adh (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah said: If a person constructs a building without injustice or excess, or plants a tree without injustice or excess, then as long as Allah’s creation continues to benefit from it, he will continue to receive reward.
