It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty will grant shade to seven types of people on the Day when there will be no shade except His: (1) a just ruler, (2) a youth who worships Allah Almighty in the prime of his youth, (3) a man whose heart remains attached to the mosque, (4) two men who love each other for the sake of Allah Almighty, they gather for that reason and separate for that reason, (5) a man who gives charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has spent, (6) a man who remembers Allah Almighty in solitude and his eyes overflow with tears, and (7) a man whom a woman of status and beauty invites towards evil, but he refrains by saying, "I fear Allah Almighty."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … “To worship Allah, the Exalted, in the state of youth.” What is meant by this is that this stage of life should be spent in accordance with the commands of Allah, the Exalted—whether it pertains to acts of worship or dealings, the rights of Allah or the rights of people, matters concerning one’s own or strangers, issues of maintaining family ties or severing them, matters of this world or the Hereafter. Such a young person carries out every aspect of his life in the light of the Shariah. Readers should firmly keep in mind that such a youth lives an extremely easy and comfortable life and experiences heartfelt joy and happiness.
“As for the man whose heart remains attached to the mosque.” This is not the name of some great deed; it is simply a matter of concern (thought). Two men perform the Zuhr prayer and then become occupied with their work, then gather again for the Asr prayer. But among them, one’s heart remained attached to the mosque, while the other did not even conceive of it. Furthermore, the former spends some of his free moments sitting in the mosque. The straightforward point is that such inclination cannot be expressed in words; it is a matter of the heart’s desire, of which the majority of common people are heedless.
To spend with the right hand so that the left does not know—this is stated as a form of hyperbole. What is meant is that no other person should come to know of it. If the one giving charity adopts such a method that even the recipient does not know, then this is even better, for example, through money order and the like. Hidden charity is closer to sincerity and further from ostentation.
