It is narrated from Sayyiduna Buraidah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: There are (360) joints in the human body, and it is necessary for him to give charity on behalf of each joint every day. The companions asked: O Messenger of Allah! Who can give so much charity every day on behalf of each joint? He (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Burying the spit lying in the mosque is also charity, removing something harmful from the path is also charity, and if you do not have the strength to do these acts, then two rak‘ahs of Duha (forenoon) prayer will suffice for you (and the charity of all the joints will be fulfilled).
