عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ((خَيْرُ الصَّدَقَةِ الْمَنِيحَةُ تَغْدُو بِأَجْرٍ وَتَرُوحُ بِأَجْرٍ، مَنِيحَةُ النَّاقَةِ كَعَتَاقَةِ الْأَحْمَرِ، وَمَنِيحَةُ الشَّاةِ كَعَتَاقَةِ الْأَسْوَدِ))
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Lending something to someone is the best charity; that thing becomes a cause of reward in the morning and in the evening. Lending a she-camel to someone is equal to freeing a red slave, and lending a goat to someone is like freeing a black slave.

Benefits: … The translation of the words from Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim given in the takhreej, respectively, is as follows: “The best thing to be given as a loan is a she-camel that has recently given birth and has abundant milk, and a goat that has abundant milk and gives a bowl of milk in the morning and a bowl in the evening.” “Is there not anyone who would lend a she-camel to a household, which would give a large bowl of milk in the morning and one in the evening? The reward for this deed is very great.”
