Mawla-e-Rasool Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Who is there who will guarantee me one thing, and I will guarantee him Paradise? I said: I (am present for this). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Then do not ask people for anything. When Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) would be riding and his stick would fall, he would not ask anyone to pick it up for him, rather he would get down from his mount himself and pick it up.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … We should realize how precious our honor and dignity are in our religion, to the extent that even the slightest compromise of it is not tolerated by our Shari‘ah. Those who are not cautious regarding this law of the Shari‘ah lose their value in society, and in fact, they themselves feel a decrease in their self-respect. In this matter, we should make a firm decision with our conscience that, with the tawfiq (divine enablement) of Allah Ta‘ala, we will not make any demands from anyone, nor attach any greed or covetousness to any human being. Life will become enjoyable, and Allah Ta‘ala will also grant goodness and blessings.
