It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Harith (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I performed the Asr prayer with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). After the salam, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) quickly stood up and went to the house of one of his wives, and then returned. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sensed that the people were surprised at his haste, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: During the prayer, I remembered that there is a piece of gold with us. I disliked that evening should come or the night should pass while it remained with us, so I went to order it to be distributed.
