Sayyiduna Abu Ubaidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the last statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was: Expel the Jews of Hijaz and the people of Najran from the Arabian Peninsula, and remember that the worst people are those who made the graves of their prophets places of prostration.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: From these ahadith it is understood that making the graves of the Prophets into places of prostration, constructing mosques upon them, and prostrating upon them is, according to the Shari‘ah, forbidden (haram). When the graves of the Noble Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), Sayyiduna Abu Bakr, and Sayyiduna Umar (radi Allahu anhuma) were made in the chamber of Sayyidah Aisha (radi Allahu anha), at that time that place was not part of Masjid Nabawi. Due to later expansions, this location came within the boundaries of the mosque.
