بَابُ الْمَنْعِ مِنَ الْكَلَامِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ وَالرُّخْصَةِ فِي تَكَلُّمِهِ وَتَكْلِيمِهِ لِمَصْلَحَةٍ وَجَوَازِ قَطْعِ الْخُطْبَةِ لِأَمْرٍ يَحْدُثُChapter on the prohibition of speaking while the Imam is delivering the sermon, the concession for necessity, and the permissibility of interrupting the sermon for an urgent matter
Hadith 2810

عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُنَا، فَجَاءَ الْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ عَلَيْهِمَا قَمِيصَانِ أَحْمَرَانِ يَمْشِيَانِ وَيَعْثُرَانِ فَنَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمِنْبَرِ فَحَمَلَهُمَا فَوَضَعَهُمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، {إِنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ} نَظَرْتُ إِلَى هَٰذَيْنِ الصَّبِيَّيْنِ يَمْشِيَانِ وَيَعْثُرَانِ فَلَمْ أَصْبِرْ حَتَّى قَطَعْتُ حَدِيثِي وَرَفَعْتُهُمَا
Sayyiduna Buraidah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was delivering a sermon to us, when Sayyiduna Hasan and Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them both) arrived. They were wearing two red shirts, walking and stumbling. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) descended from the pulpit, picked them up, and seated them in front of him. Then he said: Allah Almighty and His Messenger have spoken the truth that your wealth and your children are a trial. I saw these two children, they were stumbling as they walked, I could not be patient, so I interrupted my speech and picked them up.
