بَابُ الْجُلُوسِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ لِلْجُمُعَةِ وَآدَابِهِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّخَطِّي إِلَّا لِحَاجَةٍChapter on sitting in the mosque for Friday, its etiquettes, and the prohibition of stepping over people except for a need
Hadith 2774

عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ جَاءَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَعَدَ فِي الشَّمْسِ، قَالَ: فَأَوْمَأَ إِلَيْهِ أَوْ قَالَ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يَتَحَوَّلَ إِلَى الظِّلِّ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hazim (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came and sat in the sun, while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was delivering a sermon. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured or ordered him to move to the shade.
