Abdul Hamid bin Mahmood says: I prayed on Friday with Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), so we were pushed towards the pillars, but we moved back or forward. Then Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: In the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), we used to stand avoiding the pillars.
