Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed in a single garment, such that its two ends were wrapped from opposite sides. I stood behind the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to pray, but he took hold of my ear and made me stand on his right side.
