Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When women seek your permission, do not prevent them from (going to) the mosques. Bilal bin Abdullah said: By Allah! We will certainly prevent them. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I am saying that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said this, and you are saying that we will prevent them.
