Saeed bin Nafi’ says: The Companion of the Messenger, Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him), saw me performing the Duha prayer at the time of sunrise. He considered my action objectionable and forbade me from doing so. Then he said: Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not perform prayer until the sun has risen high, for it rises between the two horns of Satan.
