(Second chain) The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) used to recite Surah Al-A'la, Surah Al-Kafiroon, and Surah Al-Ikhlas in the Witr prayer. When he (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) finished with salam, he would say "Subhana'l-Malikil-Quddus" three times, elongating it the third time.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … In Sunan al-Daraqutni, the words "Rabbuna wa Rabb al-mala’ikati wa al-ruh" are also established. In this way, the complete supplication after the Witr prayer becomes: "Subhana al-Malik al-Quddus, Subhana al-Malik al-Quddus, Subhana al-Malik al-Quddus, Rabbuna wa Rabb al-mala’ikati wa al-ruh."
