It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led five rak'ahs in the Zuhr prayer. Someone asked: "Has the prayer been increased?" Someone said: "You have led five rak'ahs." Therefore, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed two prostrations.
