(Second chain) She says: It is a bad thing that you have equated us with dogs and donkeys, whereas I have seen the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, praying in such a state that I would be lying in front of him, and when he intended to prostrate, he would press my leg, so I would pull it towards myself, then he would prostrate.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Without any doubt, this narration is authentically established from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that a dog, a donkey, and a woman interrupt the prayer. In accordance with this chapter alone, four Companions have reported it. However, this hadith was not within the knowledge of Sayyidah Aisha radi Allahu anha. In addition to this, she deduced from the act of moving the bed and pulling her leg back that a woman passing in front does not break the prayer, whereas this does not necessarily entail passing in front. If passing in front had actually occurred, then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would never have permitted it, as is evident from other verbal and practical ahadith.
