It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and, complaining about work, said: "O Messenger of Allah! By Allah, blisters have appeared on my hands because of the millstone; sometimes I grind flour and sometimes I knead dough." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If Allah grants you something, it will reach you, and I will guide you to something better than that. When you go to your bed, say 'Subhan Allah' thirty-three times, 'Allahu Akbar' thirty-three times, and 'Alhamdulillah' thirty-four times; this makes one hundred. This is better for you than a servant. And when you have performed the morning prayer, recite this supplication ten times: La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu’l-mulku wa lahu’l-hamdu yuhyi wa yumitu biyadihi’l-khayru wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir. Recite it ten times also after the Maghrib prayer. Because for each of these, ten good deeds are written, ten sins are forgiven, and each one is like freeing a slave from the descendants of Isma'il (peace be upon him), and no sin committed that day can destroy such a person, except if it is shirk. And this remembrance, when said in the morning, will be your protector from every devil and every evil thing until the evening."
