It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed prostration, he used to recite this supplication: "O Allah! I have prostrated for You, and I have believed in You, and I have submitted to You. My face has prostrated to the One Who created it, and fashioned it, and gave it the best form, and opened its hearing and sight. So blessed is Allah, the Best of creators." (O Allah! I have prostrated only for You, believed in You, submitted to You; my face has prostrated to the One Who created it, shaped it, made it beautiful, and opened its ears and eyes. Allah is very blessed, the Best of creators.)
