Hadith 1735

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: ((أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةٍ وَلَا أَكُفَّ شَعْرًا وَلَا ثَوْبًا))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have been commanded to prostrate on seven parts and not to wrap the hair and clothes.
