عَنْ أُمِّ هِشَامٍ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: مَا أَخَذْتُ {قٓ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ} إِلَّا مِنْ وَرَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كَانَ يُصَلِّي بِهَا فِي الصُّبْحِ
Umm Hisham bint Harithah bin Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I did not memorize Surah Qaf except while standing behind the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), because he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite it in the Fajr prayer.

Benefits: … The hadith of Sayyidah Umm Hisham radi Allahu anha with this content is weak; in contrast, the preserved and accepted narration from trustworthy narrators is this: Sayyidah Umm Hisham says: I memorized {قٓ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِیْدِ} from the mouth of the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam on the day of Jumu‘ah (Friday), as he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to recite this surah in the sermon every Friday. (Musnad Ahmad: 27628, Muslim: 872) It is a separate matter that in Sahih Muslim (457), in the hadith of Sayyiduna Qutbah bin Malik radi Allahu anhu, it is established that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam recited Surah Qaf in the Fajr prayer; this narration has just been mentioned.
