It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would remain standing in the first rak‘ah of Zuhr until he would not hear the sound of anyone’s (entering) footsteps.
